BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the
agreement between the Olympic Building and Supply Corporation, as first party, and
the City of Bremerton as second party, prepared by the City Attorney and this day
read to the City Commission, be and the same is 'hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of the City
of Bremerton.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 28th day of
January, 1942.
