WHERE~S, Death, as it must to all men, has come to Mr. H. E. Gorman of Bremerton,
whoawe lovingly have known for many years as "Hal," and
WHEREAS,. Mr. Gorman, an attorney by profession, served the City of Bremerton
efficiently and well. for many years as the City Attorney, and his counsel was highly
regarded and often sought by the elective officials of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has indeed lost an honored and civic-minded
citizen, who exemplified the highest qualities of citizenship and stood ever ready to
lend his assistance in every civic project,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Bremerton herewith expresses its
deepest sympathy to the surviving wi~e and daughter of Mr. Gorman, and orders that a
copy of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of the City Council proceedings ~nd
another copy be forwarded to his family.
PASSED by the City Council, .signed by the Mayor a~d Commissioners and attested by
the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this l~th day of December, 1944.
