WHEREA,~S, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general
taxes on Lots 25 and ~6, Block 10, Fort Orchard Addition, Kitsap Century, Washington,
and the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County at the tax fore-
closure sale; that at the time of such foreclosure sale, there were delinquent
assessments against the said property payable to different local improvement
~istricts in the City of Bremerton, and the Cit.y of Bremerton 5id pay to Kitsap
County the taxes thereon as by law provided and now has a Treasurer's Deed to the
said property, and the City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to
pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed agsinst the said real property,
and
~J~R~.,AS, the City Treasurer of the City of Bremertor~, pursuant to resolution
[~eretofore passed on the 1st day of November, 1944, by the Cf~ty Council of the City
of Bremerton, 5~d offer said real property for public sale on the l?th day of
November, 1944, and Carl Meilf was the highest bidder for saiU property, having biU
the s~m~ of ~260.00 cash, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C~ty of Bremerton that the ~Zayor an5
the City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell sai~
above describe~ property to said Carl ?,~,eili for the total cash price of Two Htmdred
Sixty (~260.00) Dollars, and to ezecute a deed in the name of the City of Bremerton
Jn favor of said Carl ~eili, for delivery to said purchaser upon full pay~ent of
the saf_d purchase price.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authenticstion of such passage, this 13 th 5ay ~'
December, 1944.
