WHEREAS the Traffic Lights and ~aintenance Budget for the year of 1944 is depleted in
the Street Department Budget and,
WHEREAS the additlonalsum of $2000,00.will be needed for the remainder of the year
of 194~ for the~repair and maintenance of Traffic Lights and,
~&~EREAS ~ere are sufficient funds in the Street Light Budget of the Street Depart-
ment, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $2000.00 be and the same hereby transferred from the
Street Light Budget Account to the Traffic Lights and ~aintenance Budget account for the
Street Department and the City Clerk and the City Treasurer be and they are hereby direct-
ed to take any and all steps necessary in effecting such transfer.
PASSED unanimously this 1st day of November, 1944, and signed by the Mayor and C~ty
Clerk in authentication of such passage.
