RESOLUTION NO. 389
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, that the City Treasurer
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to turn over to the Police Judge of the City
of Bremerton cash in the sum of $200.00, for the purpose of making change and to carry om
his books and records an appropriate entry showing that said sum is a cas~ asset of the
City of Bremerton in the hands of the Police Judge.
BE IT FURTHER resolved that the Police Judge shall use the said sum of $200.00 for
the purpose of making change in the conduct of his office, and that the Police Judge is
authorized and directed to allow the Police Dept. to use $25.00 of said sum for the pur-
pose of making change at such times as the office of the Police Judge shall not be open.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage, this 1st day of November, 1944.
