HomeMy WebLinkAbout388 RESOLUTION NO. 388 WHEREAS, the ~ounty of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general tsxes on the following described real property in Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit: Lots E0 and E6 Block l0 Port Orchard and the said real property was scruck off to said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure sale, and at the time of said sale there were delinquent assessemuts against said'real property payable to local improvement district or districts in the City of Bremerton and said City paid to Eitsap County taxes thereon as by the law provided, and now has a Treasurer's Deed to said property, an~ the City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed against the real property, now therefore, BE ~P RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0~ISSI©N OF THE CITY OF PRF~ERTON, TMAT t~e City Treasurer of s~id City be and he is hereby directed to sell the property herei~bei~ore described at oublic sale to the highest and best bidde~and the said City Treasurer is hereby directed to publish a notice of sale of said property in a legal newspaper publishe~ snd of general circulation in the City of Bremerton in three consecutive issues of such newspaper, whichsaid notice shall set forth the real property to be sold, hereinbefore described, together with the time and place of sa~d sale, ~hich shall be between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m., and ~ o'clock p.~. on a date to ~ ~ fixed by the said City Treasurer, at the fro~t ~oor of the City H~ll in the City of Bremerton, Washington; ~nd said notice shall further set forth that the said sale may be adjourn- ed from day to day by said City Treasurer by public announcement, made by said City Treasurer, at the time and place designated in the notice of puOlic s~le or ~t the time and place at which s~id sale may Be adjourned.
