RESOLUTION NO 386
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton, on January 28, 1942, pursuant to the provisions
of Resolution No. 179, entered into an "agreement to lay water pipe lines" with the
Olympic Building and Supply Corporation, under the tenms of which the city has
collected and~posited into a trust fund, the sum of $1620.00 in partial reimbursement
to said corporation for cash advanced for materials and labor in connection with
laying said pipe lines
NOW TtTEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Breme?ton by and through its proper
officers, shall pay out of said trust fund the said sum of $1620.00 to the Olympic
Building and Supply Corporation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the mayor, and
attested by the city Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 18th day of October,
1944.
