WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has received a letter from
Ralph Davisson, State Examiner, dated September 26, 1944, reading ss follows:

Dear Sirs and Madam:
In connection with the regular audit of the city of Bremerton the following
corrections were necessary in the Cash Book totals as kept by the ~ity Treasurer,
owing to incidental errors in recording revenues, etc.
The City Attorney should be requested t o prepare a resolution for presentation to
the City Commission at its next meeting, authorizing the bity Treasurer to make the
corrections, as of the close of business September 30th, 1944.

The following transfers are necessary to authorize the deposit of State aid Fund
monies in the Libz'ary mud Sanitation Funds without express budgetary authority,
and are for t he purpose of making a record of the commission's intention.

and the City Treas~rer should be authorized and directed to make the corrections
and transfers on his official records, as indicated by the said letter, now therefore
BE Ir RESOLVED by the City Council of the Oity of Bremerton that the City
Treasurer of the ~ity of Bremerton be and he is hereby a~thorized and directed to
make the corrections in his Cash Book totals and the transfers referred to in the
foregoing letter.
PASSED by the City Co~mcil of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 4th day of
October, 1944.
