bounded on the north by Shore Drive, or Winfield Avenue, also known as East 8th Street,
and bounded on the South by the Neander Line, in the city of Bremerton, ~ashington, has
been filed With the Ctty'Co~UUcil lox the City of Bremerton, and it appearing that the said
petition £s signed by more than two-thirds of the owners, of the private property abutting
on the portion of the street SouEht..to be vacated, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that a heartnglo~ the said ~etition be set for Wednesday, the 30th
day of ~?~gust, 1944, 'and that t~ City Clerk be inStrUcted an8 directed to post written
uotice of the pendency of s~id ~etition and hear~ug in three of the most public places in
the C~ty of Bre~erton, and by pualish!ng the same once a week for three consecutive weeks
~n the official city newspaper.
