WHEREAS, the bid received for the Extension ~0 Reservoir No. 4, Bremerton Water
Works System, Bremerton, Washington, bas been duly opened, reed and compared and it
appears that J. R. Payne, 920 Was~ngton Avenue, Bremerton, Washington is low bidder,
and
WHEREAS, such bid in the amount of $6,998.50, plus Sales Tax, is within t]~,~
~vailable funds for th~ proJeot, and that wbitten notification of the award be given
to the successful bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ~ayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized to execute such contract.
