WHEREAS, THE BIDS received for the construction of a Municipal Repair Garage,
Brem~rton, Washington, have been duly opened, read and compared, and it appears that
S. S. Mullen, 621, 9th Avenue North, Seattle, Washington is low bidder, and
WHEREAS, such bid in the ~mount of $26,799.00, plus Sales Tax, is within the
available funds for this project, and tiuat written notification of the award be ~iiven
to the successful bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized to execute such contract.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington, signed by the
~layor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage th~s 14th day
of July, 1944.
