WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap has foreclosed upon the hereinafter described
real property for delinquent taxes thereon and the city of Bremerton has unpaid delin-
quent assessments upon said property duly levied in different local improvement districts
and has paid the taxes thereon by law provided and now holds said property in t r~st, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton at its regular meeting 6n June
]4, 1944, determined to convey its interest in and to said property to the highest and
best bidder either for cash on the day of Sale or by contra, ct, and the City Treasurer
duly advertised said property for sale and~offered the same at public auction on the 29th
day of June, 1944, and APRONIANO INOCENCIO, a bachelor, was the highest and best bidder,
having Oid the s~mm of Four Hundred Seventy-five and no/lOOths ($475.00) Dollars in cash
for said real property~
NOW TFJ~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Brem-
erton, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver unto the said Aproniano
Inocenclo, a bachelor, a quit claim deed to the said real property on behalf of the City
of Bremerton, on consideration of said sum of $475.00, said real property being legally
descrioed as follows:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, First Addition to Charleston,
Kitsap County, Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested
bythe City Clerk on this 5th day of July, 1944.
