assessments upon sa~d property duly levied in different local ~mE, rovement d~stricts
and has paid t~e t~xes thereon by law provide~ an~ now hol~s said prooo~'ty ~n trust,
and
WHEREAS, th~ City Counc~] of th~ City of Bremerton at its regular meeting on
June 14, 19~4, determiner] to convey ~ts ~nterest in and to said property to the
highest ~nU best bf~Uer either for cash on the day of sal~ or by con~rsct, and t~e
tity Treasurer duly advertised said property for ~a:le and offered t~:~ same ~t pu01ic
suction on the 29th day of June 1944, and ~,~ike Cohen, a married m~n and Edith
b~s daughter, were the highest am,~ best i~iUders having bid the sum of ~OO.OO
cash for said real property,
NOW THERfFORE, BE IT REZOLVEO that the Mayor and tbs City Clerk of the City of
2remerton, ~re hereby authorized, an~ direeteU to execute mhd d~liver unto the ss~d
~Ike ~ohen, a married mmn, and ~]dith Cohen, his daughter, a quit claim dee~ to the
said real property on ~ehalf of the city of Bremerton, on cons~Usration of ss~] sum
of ~600.00, said real pro?erty being legally described ss follows:
Lot Four (4), Rolstsds AUdition to Bre~erton,
Kitsap Coqnty, State of Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremarton, signed by the ~,layor and
attested by the City Clerk on this 5th day of July, 1944.
