RESOLUTION NO. 571
WHERF~, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general
taxes on the following described real property in Kitsap County, ~ashlngton,
Lot 4 Rolstads Addition to Bremerton
Lots 7 and 8 Block 2 First Addition to Charleston
and the said real property was struck off to said K~.tsp County at the tax foreclosure
sale, aha st the time of said sale there were delinquent assessments against said
real property payable to local improvement district or districts in the City of
Bremerton and siad City of Bremerton and said City paid to Kitsap County taxes there-
on as by law provided, and now has a Treasurer's Deed to said property, snO the City
of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and delinquent
assessments assessed against the said real property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Bremerton, That the City
Treasurer of said City be and he is hereby directed to sell the property herein-
before described ~t public sale to the highest and best bidder and the said City
Tresurer is hereby directed to publish a notice of sale of said property ins legal
newspaper published and of general circula,;ion in the City of Bremerton in three
consecutive issues of such newspaper, which said notice shall set forth the real
property to be sold, hereinbefore described, together with the time and place oi'
shill sale, which shall be between the hours of 9 o'clock A.M., and 4 o'clock P.M.
on.a date to be fixed by the said City Treasurer, at the front door of the City
itall in the City of Breme,~ton, Washington; and said notice shall further set forth
that the said sale may be adjourned from day to 0ay by said City Treasurer by public
announcement, made by the City Treasurer, at the time and place designated in the
notice of p~blic sale or at the time and place at which said sale may be adjourned.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, ~nd attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 14th day of June, 1944.
