~EREAS, a Petition to Vacate the West 15 feet of Lot 7, Tract 5, Warred
Smith's Acre Tracts, Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, has been filed with
the City Council of the City of Bremerton, and it appearing that said petition
is signed by more than two-thirds of the owners or the private property abutting
on the portion of the street sought to be vacated, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED that a hearing on said Petition be set for the 12th day of July,
1944, and that the City Clerk be instrocted and directed to post written notice
of the pendency of said Petition and hearing in three of the most public places
in the City of Bremerton an~ by publishing the same once a week for three consecu-
blve weeks in the official city newspaper.
PASSED unanimously this 14th day of June, 1944.
