WHEREAS, Elmer J. Hike, the owner of Lots 14 to 21, Block 2, Liebly and Blumer
Firest Addition to Bremerton Heights, is willing to sell said property to the City
of Bremerton for the s~nn of $500.00, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton csn use the gravel,which is of good quality, loca-
ted on said lots for Street Department and other city purposes, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Bremerton purchase the aforesaid lots, l$ to 21,
Block 2, Liebly and Blumer First Addition to Bremerton Heights, Kitsap County, Wssh-
ington, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed and directed to draw a warrant on the
City Street Fund in the sum of $500.00 payable to Elmer J. Hike, on the delivery to
the City Clerk of a Warranty Deed in the form approved by the City Attorney.
PASSED unanimously this 7th day of June, 1944.
