WHEREAS, the 'hereinafter described property is required by the War Department
of the United States of America for emergency purposes, and representatives of the United
States of America have consulted with the City of Bremerton regarding the leasing of
said property of said property and have used said property, and
WHEREAS, a written lease is required by the 0hired States of America covering
said property, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the ~ayor and Oity Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a lsnd lease fort he following described property:
West half (~) of the Southwest quarter (¼), Section
24, Township 24 North, Range 1 W.W.M., containing
approximately 80 acres situated in Kitsap County
Washington,
In accordance with the form provided by the United States of America for a term commenc-
ing 28 July 1943 through 30 June 1944, and at the option of the United States of
America for a further period as provided in Paragraph 3 of said lease.
