WHEREAS, Project Wash. 46-165-N (Water Facilities) Bremerton, Washington,
has been entirely completed as a whole in accordance with the approved plans and
contract documents and final inspection and acceptance made by the Federal Works
Agency Construction Engineer and the City Engineer of Bremerton on May 1S, 1944;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE, THAT the work and all things pertaining to
Project Wash. 46-185-N (Water Facilities) be and is hereby accepted as of May 9,
1944.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this l?th day
of May, 1944.
