WHEREAS, Contract No. 3 of Project Wash. 45-165N (Water Facilities) Bremerton,
Washington, and otherwise known as the Contract of R. J. Strasser Drilling Company
with the City of Bremerton, has been completed in accordance with the approved
plans and contract documents and final inspection and acceptance made by the Federal
Works Agency Construction Engineer and the City Engineer of Bremerton on May 15,
1944,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the work and all things pertaining to
Project Wash. 4~-168-N, Contract No. 3, be and Is hereby accepted as of May 9, 1944.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRENERTON, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 17th day of
May, 1944.
