W~EREAB, sealed bids were received by the ~ity Clerk of the Oity of Bremerton
at the City Hall until 11 o'clock, Wednesday, April 12, 1944, for the furnishing of
2 motor trucks and 2 (two) 9 yard Garwood Load Packers, Garbage Equipment, Project
Wash. 45-260, and as mentioned in the official advertisement for bids.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that irregularities occured by the opening of two
bids before the stipulated time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no bid presented was strictly in conformity to the
advertisement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the ~ity Engineer, all
bids receive~ are hereby rejected.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day
of April, 1944.
