WHEREAS, it appears to be to the bast interests of the City of Brsmerton, in
the operation of .the various depar.~tments, that a. monthly report of budget appropriations,
expenditures, and balances, be furnished to each departnent head and supervisor,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City ~lerk ]~e and he is hereby authorized and requested
to furnish to each department head and supervisor at close of business each month,
a report showing budget appropriations, expenditures for the month, and balances
on hand for his department, on a suitable form to be prepared by the City Clerk for
the purposes above m~.tloned.
PASSED by the City Council of the Cit.v of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, a~d
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such' passage, this 8th day of [~arch,
1944.
