Home My WebLink About349-225- RESOLUTION NO. 349 WHER~AS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes on the following described rea]. property in Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit: South 60 feet of West ~ lot 5, Block 4, Warren Smith's Acre Tracts ALso: Lot 5, Block 3, Bay View Addition. $750.00 and the said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax foreclom~re sale, and st the time of sai~ sale there were delinquent assessments against said real property payable to local improvement district or districts in the City of Bremerton and said City paid to Kitsap County taxes thereon as by law provided, an5 now has a Treasurer's Deed to said property, and the City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and delioGuent assessments assessed against the said real property, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~'HE CITY COMMISSION OF T~ CI~f OF BRE~ERTON, That the City Treasurer of said City be and he is hereby directe~ to sell the property hereinbefore describe~ at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the said City Tr,,asurer is hereby directed to publish a notice of sale of said property in a legal newspaper published and of general circulation in the City of Bremerton in three consecutive issues of such newspaper, which said notice shall set forth the real property to be sold, hereinbefore described, together with the t~me and place of said sale, which shall be between the hours of 9 o'clock A.M., ~ 4 o'clock P.M. on a ~ate to be fixed by the said City Treasurer, at the front door of the City H~l in the City of Bremerton, Washington; and said notice shall f~ther set forth that the said sale may be adjourned from day to day by said City Treasurer by public announcement, made by said City Treasurer, at the time sn~ place designated in the notice of public sale or at the time and place at which said sale may be adjourned.
