W~REAS, the Engineering fi~n~ of Shaw, Naess and Murphy, Engineers in charge
of the Shelton-Bremerton Railroad arc anxious for a location in order to expedite
the engineering on said railroad ~nd have agreed to ma~ certain alterations and
imorovements, in compliance with Bremerton BuilSing Code, in the old Number 2
F~re Station on Wycoff Avenue, and on vacant City Property immediately to t}~e north
and
WHEREAS, certain repairs are definitely needed and it is indicated by the
Building Inspector that the cost of these repairs will run into a considerable amount,
and the alterations and improvements made by the engineering firm will be left in
the building at the expiration of this lease, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the offer of the above named Engineering Firm to make
repairs and improvements in the approximate amo?a~t of $5950.00, as per agreement
attached hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof, for the consideration
of ~ token payment of $1.00 per month for a years lease, payable in one psyment,
on the above mentioned property, be approved.
