WHE~{EAS, the Co~unty of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for Eoneral taxes
on the following described real property in Kitsap County, Washington,
Lots 37 and 38, Block 2, High School Addition
and the said meal property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax fore-
closure sale, and at the time of said sale there wer~ deliquent assessments against
said real propert., payable to local i~,*~rovement district or districts in the City
of Bremerton and said ~ity paid to Kitsap County taxes thereon as by law provided,
and now has a Treasurer's Deed to said n~operty, and the City of Bremerton is
desirous of selling said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed
against the said real propertynow therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED MY TIlE CITY C0~.~ISSION OF T~E CITY OF BRENERTON, That the City
Treasurer of said City be and he is hereby directed to sell the property hereinbefore
described at public sale to the highest and t-~est bidder and the said City Treasurer
is hereby d~rected to publish a notice of sale of said property in a legal newspaper
oublished and of general circulstion in the City of Bremerton in three consecutive
issues of such newspaper, which said notice .~hall set forth the real Droperty to
be sold, hereinbefore described, together with the time and place of said sale, which
shall be between the hours o~ 9 o'clock a.~., and 4 o'clock p.m. on a date to be
fixed by the said City Treasurer, at the front door of the City Hall in the City of
Bremerton, Washington; and said notice shall further set forth that the said sale
may be adjourned from day to day b~J said City Treasurer by public announcement, made
by said City Treasurer, a~ the time and place designated in the notice of public sale
or at the time and place at which said sale may be ad~1ourned.
PASSED by the City Co~muission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ;~ayer, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 9th day of February
