W~tEHEAS, the City Bremerton is granted Jurisdiction over the watersheds of the
City of Bremerton, to protect ~he same from pollution under Remington Revised
Statutes No.9473, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.7~§, Section 2, provides that it is unlawful to deposit
waste on any City watershed, and
WHEREAS, the public health is in danger by the deposit of waste materials on
the City watersheds, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, that the City
Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to pay, from the Current Water F~md,. the
s~n1~ of $50.00 to any person, as a reward for dnformation leasing to the arrest and
conviction of anyone violating Section 2 of Ordinance No.775.
