ACCEF~ING AN EASEMENT FROM THE U~ITBD STATES OF AMERICA
TO THE CITY OF BRE~RTON TO CERTAIE PROPERTY ~ITHIE THE
LIMITS OF THAT HOUSIEG PROJEGT K~OW~ AS EASTPARK, FOR
STREET, ROADWAY, AND SIDEWALK PURPOSF~
THE CITY OF BREMERTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION I
That the easement from the United States of America
to the City of B~emerton for streets, roadways, and sidewalks,
e×ecuted on the .~_~ day , 194~, to the
following-described real property in Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington, to-wit:
Ail of the areas designated and shown in roads,
boulevards, drives, streets, avenues, and ways
otherwise described ae Homer R. Jones Drive,
Warren G. Magnueon ~ay, and a portion of $chley
Boulevard, the courses and distances of said
streets, roads, drives, avenues, and ways being
shown on Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, all lying within the
following-described tract:
That part of Section 12, To--hip 24 North,
Range 1 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the quarter corner on the sou~h
line of said Section 12; thence north 2~ 1' 25"
east along the center line of Section 12
129V.06 feet; thence south 88° 26' ~2" east
260.92 feet; thence north 2~ 1' 25" east 1299.46
feet; thence north 8~~ 00' 48" west along the
center line of Section 12, 1549.~9 feet to the
center of Perry Boulevard as shown on the plat
of the United States Navy Yard Addition to
Bremerton; thence south 1~ ~9' 40" west along
the center line of Perry Boulevard 1969.91 feet
to the north margin of State Secondax-y Highway
No. 21-B; thence south 4~~ 41' 40" east along
the north margin of the State Highway ~08.6V
feet to the south line cf Section 12; thence
south 8V° 52' 56" east 604.46 feet to the point
of beginning;
containin~ a reeervatfon to the Grantor, its successors, and
ass!gns for the laying, maintaining, and repairing of water main
end other utility installations over, on, or unner the above-
described areas and adjacent thereto, which areas are indicated
on the map entitled F~hibit "A" attached to said deed, a duplicate
print of which map Is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
SECTION II
That the various streets, boulevards, avenues, roads,
and drlves referred to in Section I of this Resolution - namely,
Homer R. Jones Drive, Warren G. ~agnueon Way, and a por'~ton of
Schley Boulevard, including sidewalks - be and the same are
hereby laid off, opened, extended, ~dI established over and
across the lands in that area described in Section I he~ein,
in the courses and distances shown on said map, and the rese~va-
tlon of the Grantor, its successors, and assigns is likewise
hereby established in accordance with the courses and distances
