?~EREAS, the Tracyton 2~ater District, Kitsap County, ~,Vashington,
has requested an easement over the hereinafter described real prop-
erty owned by the City of Bremerton, and lying within the Tracyton
Water District, ~hich property was formerly acquired for a sanitat-
ion fill, and
V~tEREAS, the installation of the water system by the Tracyton
~,~,~ater District is an improvement and a benefit to said property and
the said easement does not interfere with the use of the herein-
after described real property belonf~ing to the city of Bremerton;
NOW, ~ EREFORE,
BE IT RESOL~; that the '..~ayor of the City of Bremerton be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Easement to the
Tracyton 7fater District for a w~ter pipe line and roadway across
the following described real property, situated in Kitsap County,

The W'ly 20 ft. of Govto Lot 4, Section 2, Twp. 24 N, R
i E, W.~f.., to a point 60 ft. North of the South line of said
Govt. Lot 4, thence the Westerly 60 ft. of the Southerly 60
ft. of the said Gov't. Lot 4, Section 2, Twp. ~4 N, R i E,W.~,~.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the ~yor and City Clerk in authentication thereof this
day of 1/~, 1945.
