WHEREAS, the City Council on or about the 12th day
of January, 1944, passed a motion granting to ~rs. Edythe
Kappelman free rent fop a period of six months, when as a
matter of fact, Nfs. Kappelman had vacated the premises
and should not be charged for having received six month's
free rent,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that the motion made on said date be and it is hereby
rescinded, cancelled ~nd held for naug~ht.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and City Cler~ in authentication ~
thereof this 5th day of December, 1945.
