WHEREAS, a Chevrolet Truck belonging to the Street Department
w~s involved in an accident on the 24th day of August, 1945, with a
car driven by William L. Saylor, end
~VHEREAS, the City claim against William L. Saylor has been turned
over to the United Pacific Insurance Company and repairs for said
truck, including labor and material, amount to the sum of $90.39, and
V~ERE~, said United Pacific Insurance Company has made full settle-
ment of said claim and has tendered the City of Bre~erton payment of
said repair bill upon receipt from the Cil~ of Bremerton of a release
for said claim,
~0W, THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to
sign a release to William L. Saylor forever discharging the said
Saylor from any and all claims arising as a result of that certain
accident occurring on the 24th day of August, 1945
PASSED unanimously by the City Council this 31st day of October,
1945, signed by the Meyor and attested by the City Clerk in authent-
ication of such passage.
