WHEREAS, the Budget items of "Surgeon- and "Disability Pension-
are deficient in their requirements for the balance of the year of
1945, and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been appropriated to the Police
Pension and Relief Fund and are held under the Purchase Investment
Fun~;
NOW, THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED; that the City Treasurer end the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to take the necessary steps
to transfer the sum of $750.00 to the "Surgeon" fund and the sum of
$850.00 to the "Disability Pension" fund from the Purchase Invest-
ment fund ~ the Police Pension and Relief fund.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council this 31st day of October,
1945, signed by the Mayor e~d attested by the City Clerk in auth-
entication of such passage.
