WHEREAS, the Harlow Estate is the ow~r of the
Harlow Building, on the southwest corner of Fourth Street
an~ Washington Avenue, in Bremerton, Washington, and the
Police Department has requested permission from the Harlow
Estate to make the necessary installations to affix a traffic
light on the Northeast corner of the said building, and Bessie
Harlow Burke, trustee of said Harlow Estate, is willing to
grant written permission to install said traffic light and
keep the same in repair, providing the City of Bremerton
will save the owners of said building harmless from any
causes of action that may arise out of the installation and
m. intenance of said traffic light, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton that in consideration of the granting of permission
to install and maintain said traffic light~,by the o~ners of the
Harlow Builaing, the City of Bremerton does hereby agree to
save the owners of the sai~ builaing harmless from any and all
expenses or claims or any person whomsoever, arising directly
or indirectly out of the installation or maintenance of said
traffic light.

signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in
