BE ~T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton, Washington, that the certification of City Service
prior to January l, 1945 approved by the Board of Adminis-
tration of Bremerton ~ension and Retirement System and sub-
mitted to the City Council with the minutes of the meeting
of said Board on September 22, 1945 be approved as Gefinitely
fixing the amount of City service each employee is entitled
to for retirement purposes.
BE IT FURT~R RE~0LVED that muy City E~.ployee feeling
agrieved or desiring to contest the f~n~ings of the Retire-
ment Board concerning his or her City service prior to Jan-
nary l, 1945, shall, withiD, two weeks, file written protest
sm.d s~pporting data with the City Clerk to be submitted to
the City OouDcil at it's regular meetin2 on October 10, 19~5,
at which time the City Oouncil shall hold a public hearing to
take evidence in connection with such written apoeals.
BE IT ~UETHER RESOLVED that all City employees shall be
notified of the contents of this resolution not later than
October 3, 1945 'by the Secretary-Examiner o~' the Civil Service
Department,
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed

such passage, this 26th day of September, 1945,
