RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A CONTRACT WITH PUGET
SOUWD POWER & LIGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING
Electric water pumping service
WHEREAS, PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY has offered to furnish for a
period of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form
of contract, to-wit
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered~.ifito with Puge~ Oound Power & Light Company for the furnish-
ing of Electric water, pumping s~rvice, upon the terms above proposed, and that the
Mayor be ann he hereOy is authorized ann directed to execute and delive~ such con-
tmact on behalf and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is
authorized ann directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of
the City of Bremerton.
Duly adopted this 29th day of August, 1945.
