V~EREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of ~Vashlngton, foreclosed
for gaueral taxes on ~S~S~SS~SES~S?m~S~SSSSS~S~SSSS~SSS
~S$~S2S~SS~SS~S~SI~S~S~SS~SS Lots 6-7-8-9-10 Block 5 except
East l0 feet First Addition to Charleston, Kitsap County, Washing-
ton, and the said !roperty was stuck off to the said Kitsap County
at the tax foreclost~e sale; that at the time of such foreclosure
sale, there were delinquent assessments against the said property
payable to different local improvement districts in the city of
l~rem~rton, and t~B City of Brem~rton.did pay to Kitsap County the
taxes thereon as by law provided and now has a Treast~rer's Deed to
the said property, and the City of Bremerton is desirous of selling
said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed
against the said real N~operty, and
";~EREAS, the City Treasurer of the City of Bremerton, pursuant
to resolution heretofore passed on the 17th day of June, 1942, by
the City Council of the City of Brer~rton, did offer said real
property for public sale on the i'.~Z~'day of ~ ,194~_~_
AND Arnold S. Wang was the hif;hest bidder for said property, having
bid the sum of Si100.00, ~ad having entered into a contract for the
purchase of said property and having paid said contract in full,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that
the Mayor and the City Clerk thereof be and they are hereby authoriz-
ed and directed to execute a deed in the name of the City of Bremer-
ton in favor of said Arnold So Wang, for the total purchase price
of ! llOO.OO. '
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, si~ned by the
~ayor and e~ttested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
