That the City of Bremerton hereby grants to the United States of America,
acting through the Federal Public Housing Authority the right tc enter
into and upon, and use the following described alley, to-whit;
Be~ the East 1~ feet of the following described property.' Beginning
at the intersection of the South line of 15th Street and the centerline
of Broadway Avenue: thence West along the South line of 15th Street for
a diet&rice of 1~.~7 feet to the true point of beginntng~ thence West
aleng the South line of 15th Street for a distance of 1~5.61 feet to the
East line of Chester Avenue~ thence South along said East line of Chester
Avenue for & distance of 1~0.00 feet: thence East parallel to the South
line of 15th Street for a distaace of 1~5.61 feet: thence North parallel
to the West line of Broadway Avenue for a distance of 1~0.00 feet to the
true point of beginning.
The East 12 feet of ~aid tract of land having Been conveyed to the
City of Bremerton by deed dated September 21, 19~, and filed September
23, 1925, as Au¢litor's ~lle No. 1155205 and recorded in Vol~ae 1~9 of
Deeds on page 96, records of ritanp Oo~tnty, Washington. This right shall
be for a period of the duration of the present national emergency and not
to exceed three years thereafter.
