WHEREAS, thor& has been filed with the Bureau of
Oom~unity Facilities of the Federal Works Agency in behalf of
_1 II ! . I1_ - _! the City of Bremerton, (herein
called the "Applicant"), an application for federal assistance
under the so-called Lanham Act, as amended, and the UNITED STATES
OF ANFERICA, acting by and through the Comm~ ssioner of Comm,~uity
Facilities, has transmitted to the Applicant for Acceptance an
Agreement of federal assistance in connection with the Project
referred to in said application and described in said Agreement;
and
WHEREAS, said Agreement has been duly read in open meeting,
fully considered in accord.ncc with all pertinent rules of
procedure and legal requirements, and made a part of the Applicant's
public records; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable .-_nd in the public interest
that said Agreement be accepted;
NOW, THERE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton that the said Agreement, a true and correct
copy of which, including the Terms and Conditions, is hereto
attached, be and the same hereby is accepted without reservation
or qualification.
PASSED BT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON,
signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authemtica-
