?JIEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton
a~ of the private property abutting upon that portion of that
by the owners of ~ ~
certain street, which Js described as follows:
The North 15 feet of Porter Street lying between the West margin of
Yantic Street and the East margin of Charleston Street, Bremerton,
Kitsap Co~ty, Washington,
requesting that the above portion of the street be vacated.
NOW, F~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~f THE CITY CO~'~CZL 0F THE CZTY OF
1. That the City Council of the City of Bremerton fix WednesUay, the 6th day
of J~e, 1945, at the hour of 1C:O0 a.m. ss the time when sa]~ petition shall be
hear~ and determi~ad by the sa!~ council.
2. That the City Clerk is directed forthwith to ~ost written or printed
notices of the sai~ hearing in three of the most conspicuous places in the City of
Bremerbon, an~ a like notice in a conspicuous place on the said street, a portion
of which is sought to be vacated, an~ which said notics shall contain a statement
that the said petition has been filed with this Council to vacate the said prop~rby,
together with a statement of the time and place fixed by this resolution for the
hearing of the said petition.
