%~4EREAS, the proposals received for the construction of Fire Alarm System at
Bremerton, Washington, FWA Project No. 45-26? C-N have been duly opened, read and
compared and
W~REAS, it appears that The Rockwell Electric Co. is the low bidder in the
mmount of $5,182.19, based upon his low base bid.
WHEREAS, such amount is within the available funds of $12,000.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Contract for the construction of said work
be and the same is hereby awarded to The Rockwell Electric Co. for the items and
mmount above stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
Washington be and they are hereby authorized to execute such contract and any other
documents, agreements or instrument in connection therewith for and on behalf of said
City of Bremerton.
This award is tentative and may be cancelled or rescinded at any time prior to
notification by the City Cler~ to the contemplated awardee that the award is
final.
PASSED by the City Cmmcil of the City of Bremerton, Washington, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 18th day
of April, 19~5.
