BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington, that
the ?~ayor and the City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of
the Ci. ty of Bremerton, as lessor, that certain lease designated Wash.-45306, Parcel
#2, wherein the United States of America is the lessee, relating to the following
described real property:
That portion of Lots 2 and 3 in [~,lock 5, Warren Smith's Acre Tracts,
in Government Lot 3, Section 14, Township E~ N., Range i E.W.~.,
described as follows:
Begi~ing at the intersection of the south line of 18th Street ~d
the centerline of Warren Avenue; thence west along the south line
of 18th Street for a distance of ~0.00 feet to the True Point of'
Beginning; thence west along the south line of 18th Street for a
distance of 279.00 feet; thence south parallel to the west line of
Warren Avenue for a distance of l~l.80 feet; thence N. V6°44'30'' E.
for a distance of 95.00 feet; thence east parallel to the south line
of 18th Street For a distance of 180.35 feet; thence north parallel
to the west line of Warren Avenue for a distance of lO0.O0 feet to
the True Point of Beginning. Containing .617 acres more or less.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of said passage, this 28th day of
