WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton by the owners of all property abutting the hereinafter described real
property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 44, Block 4, Terrell's
Addition to the City of Charleston (now Bremerton), running
thence West along the North line of said Lot 44 to alley, thence
North .? feet; thence Easterly to place of beginning, situated
in Kltsap County, Washington,
requesting that the said property be vacated, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that the City
Council fix the 4th day of April, 1948, at the hour of 10 o'clocX A.M., as the
time when said petition shall be heard and determined by the said Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed forthwith to
post written or printed notices of the said hearing in three of the most conspic-
uous places in the City of Bremerton, and a like notice in a conspicuous place on
the said above described property, which is sought to be vacated, and which said
notice shall contain a s~atement that the said petition has been filed with the
City Council to vacate the said descri0ed property, together with a statement of
the time and place fixed by this resolution f~r the hearing of the said petition.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of B:emerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 7th day
of March, 1948.
