WHEREAS, the Co~.mty of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes
on the following described real property in Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
South 1/2 Lots 17 to 20 !nc. Block i High School Addition, Minimum price $1800.00
and ~he said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure
sale, anc~ at the time of said sale there were delinquent assessments against said real
property payable to local improvement district or districts in the City of Bremerton and
said City paid to Ki~sap Cowry taxes thereon as by law provided, and now has a
Treasurer's Deed to said property, and the City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said
property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assesssd against the sa~d real
property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co~ission of the City ~f Bremerton, that the City
Treasurer of said City be and he is hereby directed to sell the property hereinbefore
desc~'ibed at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the said City Treasurer is
kereby directed bo publish a notice of sale of said property in a legal newspaper
published and of genera]_ circulation in the City of Brcmerton in three consecutive
issues of such newspaper, which said notice snell set forth the 'real property to be
sold, hereinbefore described, togetker with the time and place of said sale, which shall
be between the hours of 9 o'clock A.~,L, and 4 o'clock P.M. on a date to be fixed by the
said City Treasurer, at the front door of the City Hall in the City of Bremerton,
Washington; and said notice shall further set forth that the said sale may be adjourned
from day to day by said City Treasurer by public announcement, made by said City
Treasurer, at the time and place 5esignated in the notice of public sale or at the time
and place at which said sale may be adjourned.
