WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclose~ I'or general tazes
on the following described real properzy in Kitsap County, ~ashington, to-wit:
Lots, North 39 and South 39 Block lO Charleston, Comprising 50 foot
frontage I~inimum Price ~1175.00
Lot 14 Block 3 First Addition to Charleston Minimun Price 300.00
and the said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure
sa!e, and at the time of said slae t'~ere were delinquent assessments against saiU real
property payable to local improvements district or districts in the City of Bremerton
and said City paid to K~tsap County taxes thereon as by law provir~ed, ~d now has a
~easurer's Deed to said property, amd the City of Bremerton is U~sirous of selling
said property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed against the said
real property, now there:fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO[,.~,i]S:JION OF THE CITY OF BR~[~d~RTON, THefT the City
Treasurer of said (]ity be and he ~s hereby directed to sell the prooerty hereinbefore
described at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the said City Treasurer
is hereby directed to publish a notice of sale of said property in a legsl newspaper
published ~n¢~ of general circulstion in the City of Bremerton in three consecuti ~e
issues of s~ch newspaper, which sa_~d notice shall set forth the reel propei'ty to be
sold, hereinbefore ~escribed, together with the time and place of said sale, ~htch
shall be between the hours of 9 o'clock A.~,~., and 4 o'clock P.[;~. on a date to~e
Fixed by the said City Treasurer, at the front ~oor of the City Hall in the City of
Bremerton, Washington; snd said notice shall f~rther set forth that the said sale
may be adjournec~ from day to ¢~ay by said City Treasurer by public announcement, ma~le
