work under his contract in accordance with the approved cootract documents:

the entire proj.~ct is herewith accepted, as of February 2, 1945.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the l~iayor, and at-
tested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passsge this 7th day of February,
