WHEREAS by Resolution 394 dated I'lovember 22, 1944, the City ['reasurer was auth-
orized and directed to transfer ~ixteen Thol~sand Four Hundred (.$16,400.00) Dollsrs
from the General Fund to the Fire Hall Bond [~e<~emptlon Fund as a loan for the purpose
of redeeming Fire H~ll Bonds n~bere~ 11 to 47, inclusive, and
~HE~,~EAS recomputation of the accounts involved reveals that the additional s~
of ~ne T~ousand Five [~dred Fifty-nine Dollars and Sixty-two Cm ts (~$1,559.62) w~.ll
be required to redeem the said Oonds, now therefore, be it
RESf>I.VED by the City Oouncll of the City of Bremerton that the City ?reasurer
is hereby A~thorized a~ directed to transfer, in addition to the fun~s transferred
pursuant to Resolution No. 394, the sum of One Thousand Five H~dred Fifty-nine
Dollars and Sizty-two Cents (~1,559.62) from the General F~d to the Fire ltall Bond
Redemption Fund as a loan to Se repaid from 1945 taxes as they are received tn the
proportion the millage levied for Fire Hall Bond Redemption bears to the total mill-
age levied; be it f~rther
RESOLVED that the ~ount of said additional transfer be used by the City
Treasurer in redeeming bonds n~bered 11 to 47, inclusive, called by aim ss of
December 15, 1944, pursuant to the directions of the City to~ncll contained in
said ~esolution No. 394.
PASSED by the City Oo~ncil of the City of Bremerton, t~sshington, signed by the
~,',ayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 31st
day of ,~anuary, 1945.
