RESOLUTION NO. 415
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make certain transfer loans as hereinafter set forth
in or,er that tne city finances be kept on a cash basis, inasmuch as $2,000.00 is
needed in the Cemetery Fund and $15,000.00 in the Recreation Fund to pay salaries and
expenses, and $2,751.05 is needed in the Water Works Construction Fund as a balance
to complete a contract payment to John W. Cunningham and associates, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton that the City
Treasurer transfer $2,000.00 from the General F~d ~ the Cemetery F~d as a temp-
orary loan and that the General F~d be reimbursed as soon as tax moneys are avail-
able. Be i~ further
RESOL~ that the City Treasurer transfer $1~,000.00 from the General Fund to
the Recreation F~d as a temporary loan and that the General Fund be reimbursed
when moneys are available from taxes or gove~ment grant. Be it further
RESOLVED that the City Treasurer transfer $2,781.08 from ~e Current Water Fund
~o the %~ater ¥~orks Construction Fund as a temporary loan and that the Current Wate~
Fund be reimbursed as soon as federal funds are received.

January, 1945.
