WHEF~AS, confusion will result if the City Treasurer or
his deputies issue licenses to any kind of new business intended
to be carried on at any place in the City of Bremerton contrary
to the zoning ordinance, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that the City Treasurer or his deputies, prior to the issuance of
any license for the conducting of a new business enter~orise in
the City of Bremerton, contact the office of the Building Inspector
and secure his approval as to the location at which it is proposed
to carry on said business.
BE IT FURTHER P~SOLVED that copies of this Resolution be
handed by the City Clerk to the City Treasurer and the City Building
Inspector.
P~SED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
