i~ER~S, certain personal property has come into
the oossession of police authorities of the City of
Bremer ton, and
~EREAS, written notice to the known owners has been
given that said property is being held by the City of Bremerton
ana if not claimed %hau such property would be sold, and
?~REAS, said personal property has not been re-claimed
and has been held in possession of the Police department for
a period of six months, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City
of Bremerton be and they are hereby authorized and inst~cted
to advertise for % he sale of said personal property, to be sold
at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, and that
the proceeds of such sale shall be disposed of as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor, and attested by ~he CityClerk in authentication of
