situated in ~e city of Brem~ton, Cowry of Kit~p,
State of Washi~ton,
requesti~ that s~d property be vacated, n~ therefore,
BE IT REeLeD by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton that the said Council fix the /~day of December,
19~, at the ho~ of 10:00 A.~., as the ti~ ~en s~d petition
sh~l be heard and deter~ned by sa~d council.
BE IT ~R REeLeD that the City Clerk is hereby
directed forthwith to post printed or writoen ~tices of said
hearing in ~hree of the most conspicuous places in ohe City of
Bremerton, ana a liEe notice in a conspicuous place on the above
desc~bed pro~rty, w~ch is sou~t ~o be'vacated, ~d ~ich
notice ~all cont~n a stat~ent that the s~d petition ~s be~
filed with ~e City Council ~o vacate the said desc~bed property,
