is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing uvon said
asseasnent roll; and,

authorized ~d directed to give notice of the time and place of said
hearing to all persons who nay desire to object to such assesment
roll to make such objections in writing and file the saree with the
City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner o.r the reputed ovmer of the different
properties whose name avpears upon said assessment roll, by mailing
a notice thereof at least fifteen (15] days before the date herein
set ~or such hearing: to such owner or reputed ovmer at the address

s~c~ onner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for
the property describe~ on said list mad shall further give notice of
