has been filed v*ith the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
~0uf, T~[EREFORE, be it resolved that Wednesday the 2?th day
of November at ll~O0 o'clock A.[~[. of s~.id day at the Council
Gha:ubers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the sa'me
is hereby fixed as the time and place for the bearing uoon said
assess'uent roll; and,
BE I? FURTHER RESOL~YED that tbe City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said
hearing to all persons who ~uay desire to object to such assesment
roll to ~ake such objections in writing and file the saree with the
City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner or the reputed ov~ner of the different
prooerties whose nau~e aopears upon said~ asses_~s.u~ent roll, by mailing
a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days before the date herein
set for such hearing to such o~,wner or reputed owner at,, the address
of such owner as sh~r~ on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for
tho property descri.bed on said list mud shall further give notice of
such hearin~ by pubzishing such not~ce at least f~ve (~) times in
tho official newsoaoer, the last publication of which shall be at
least fifteen (15) days orior to the date herein fixed for said
heariug. The above--~-:entioned i:norove~ents include
Clearing, Grubbi~ Grading, surfacing with concrete pavement twelve feet wide
and six inches thick~
together with the doing of any and ail other work in connection
therewith.
